NEW CUSTOMERS
1) Enter your information in the New Customer sign up section.
2) Usually within 24 hours, you will receive a call from Customer Service with your log-in information.
3) Log-in to the website under Customer Login and enter your user name and password.
4) Access the Online Shopping section. Hit the submit button and your order will be sent to processing.
5) You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order was placed.

Shipping Information

LOCAL ORDERS (KANSAS CITY)
Blackman Industries utilizes our fleet of local delivery vehicles to deliver the products we sell. After your order is processed and pulled, delivery is usually within 48 hours unless other arrangements are made in advance.

OUT OF TOWN ORDERS
Typically your “wholesale dog treats” are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Items are shipped from our Lenexa, Kansas warehouse facility and are typically received between 2-5 business days anywhere in the continental United States. Currently, we do not offer international shipping on any of our products.

SHIPPING & FREE FREIGHT PROGRAMS
Blackman Industries offers several shipping programs to match how you purchase dog treats. Depending on individual store purchasing or group discount programs, the free freight program minimums will be different. If you are unsure, please visit with your sales associate or contact us and we will be happy to help you.

GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY
Our guarantee and return policy is simple and straight forward. We stand behind all the products we sell. In the event a product is damaged, defective or as a result of a shipping error please contact as soon as possible so we can make the appropriate corrections.

Items may be returned if we are notified within 7 days after your receipt of product. You will need to contact us at orders@blackman-industries.com or by phone at 800-773-4928 for a return authorization. Please note that only unopened items in their original condition may be returned. This is necessary to insure safety and sanitary standards are maintained. Special orders cannot be exchanged or returned. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice with your return. Please let us know why you are returning the product.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless of course it is our error. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
